Eastside Business Park, Newhaven - work progressing

Works are continuing at Eastside Business Park, Newhaven with the steelwork already up on one building with the second one expected soon.

These two 12,000 sq ft warehouses will form the first phase of this new speculative development by BL Trading.

Anticipated completion of the first phase has been moved forward to October 2017.

One advantage is that this is the first new development in Newhaven in a number of years. It is believed that the premises will be fully let by the time building works have been completed.
