Case Study: Sheppey Walk

Our Client, after finding out they were expanding their family, decided that extra space was required. They gave Hunt Commercial a call to arrange a meeting to discuss their options. On meeting them, they informed us that they wanted to utilise and upgrade the existing garage, to turn it into a habitable room. They also wanted to increase the number of bedrooms and therefore the best option we came up with was to extend over the existing garage, creating a new first floor and a fifth bedroom. We produced some existing and proposed drawings and the client confirmed that they were happy with the proposed design and asked us to proceed with a planning application to seek approval from the Local Authority.
