New staff member & market success

We are very excited to announce that Paul Wilton, a well respected and experienced commercial and residential agent with over 14 years experience in the industry, has joined Hunt Commercial’s Agency Team to assist with the growing demand within the selling and letting of shops, offices and warehouses. Paul is keen to bring a new dimension to the way that commercial transactions are conducted from start to finish and his very high standards of service will ensure that clients are well informed throughout the marketing and disposal of their commercial property sales and lettings.

Since Paul’s arrival just over 2 months ago, he has had much success in letting and selling various properties including shops, offices, factories and commercial investments. One particular achievement is the agreeing of terms on 7 out of the 8 shops in Terminus Road, Eastbourne in less than 8 weeks of being instructed. The shops had been vacant for some time, but thanks to our sound advice to London Clients CBRE and our unique marketing strategy we have secured a great range of exciting businesses which will flourish in this fantastic location.
