Due to the rapid expansion of the company, we are pleased to announce the need to expand our team and are seeking an experienced senior property manager. The ideal candidate will have experience across the property management sector with a wealth of experience in block management, commercial property management and managing a team. We are seeking a unique individual who will be empowered to work on their own initiative to deliver a first class service to clients. They will have a unique opportunity to grow the portfolio with the support of the team and have a major role in driving the business forward.

So we don’t want just a property manager, we want someone hungry to excel as a property manager and to grow the portfolio business with the support of colleagues.

This career enhancing opportunity will appeal to someone who has the work ethic, knowledge and drive but due to their existing management structure have no opportunities to progress their career.

The must haves:-

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential leasehold management including Company Secretary work
  • Commercial property management experience, ideally at least 2 years’
  • MIRPM qualified and AssocRICS
  • At least two years provable track record in creating significant new business
  • Working knowledge of Qube, Propman, Re-Leased or similar property management software
  • Understanding of compliance in RICS Codes of Practice in Service Charge Residential Management and Commercial Property and the ARHM Code of Practice. Working knowledge of ARMA’s regulatory Consumer Charter & Standards would be a benefit
