Service Details

The service charge includes 24/7 access entry via a key fob, CCTV, security and full maintenance. Many of the health and safety expenses are taken care of, emergency lighting, firefighting equipment and fire alarms. There is also central heating included in this building within the service charge. Electricity is metered, read and invoiced monthly at 31 p per unit, unless stated as smaller offices are inclusive.
